Repair Pricer is a home inspection tool that can turn any home inspection report into a highly accurate repair estimate in 24 hours or less.

The goal of the project was to create a platform that helps realtors automate the repair estimation process for their clients after any home inspection. The system uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to turn any inspection report into an incredibly accurate home repair estimation.

Required

It was difficult and time consuming for property buyers to get accurate repair estimates after a home inspection.

All these tasks required lots of effort and time that could be saved with just one solution where agents could manage all these processes effortlessly. Aside from this, all of these tasks were not happening in a collaborative environment at a single platform; causing transparency issues. Resolv enabled all the real estate agents to create, edit, update and share repair estimates on a single screen without any hassle.

Challenges
It was difficult for agents to manage all the repair estimates at one place and work on multiple estimation reports simultaneously.
Once a repair estimate document was created in a pdf (print) form, it was very difficult for the agents to edit those estimates in the document.
After creating the repair estimate document, it was hard to share it with property buyers and get feedback.
