Project Background

Repair Pricer is a home inspection cost calculator that can turn any home inspection report into a highly accurate repair estimate in 24 hours or less.

The goal of the project was to create a platform/app that will help Realtors automate the repair estimation process for their clients after any home inspection. The system uses human intelligence backed by data to examine inspection reports and turn them into an incredibly accurate home repair estimation.

Challenges

All these tasks required lots of effort and time that could be saved with just one solution where agents could manage all these processes effortlessly.

Aside from this, all of these tasks were not happening in a collaborative environment at a single platform; causing transparency issues.

Resolv enabled all the real estate agents to create, edit, update and share repair estimates on a single screen without any hassle.

  • Once a repair estimate document was created in a pdf (print) form, it was very difficult for the agents to edit those estimates in the document.

  • After creating the repair estimate document, it was hard to share it with others and get feedback.
